Terms of Service
The short version
- Road to gives you training plans and guidance. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start or change a training programme, and listen to your body.
- Plans and coach replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. You decide what to do with them.
- Road to is made by WASIT OÜ, an Estonian company. Garmin is a separate company and we're not affiliated with it.
- Be decent: use your own account, don't abuse the service. You can delete your account whenever you like.
1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and WASIT OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia ("WASIT", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the Road to website and app (the "Service"), which we operate. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Road to is
Road to is a product of WASIT OÜ: a training dashboard and planner for endurance athletes. It builds a roadmap to your race, generates and organises training sessions, analyses data you share with it (including from your Garmin watch, if you connect it), and offers an AI coach. We may add, change or remove features over time. Some features may be in beta.
3. Your health and safety
- Not medical advice. Road to provides general training information only. It isn't a doctor, physiotherapist or registered coach, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nothing in the Service creates a professional-client relationship.
- See a professional first. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or recovering from illness or injury, or take medication.
- Listen to your body. Stop and seek advice if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual fatigue. Plans are suggestions: you can always skip, shorten or change a session.
- Cycle-aware features use general patterns; bodies differ, so treat them as one input among many.
- You assume the risks of physical activity. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injury, illness or loss arising from training you do or decisions you make using the Service.
4. AI-generated content
Plans, analysis and coach replies are generated by AI models and by rules in our software, based on the data you provide. They can be incomplete, out of date or mistaken, and they are not guaranteed to suit you or to help you reach any goal or time. Check anything that matters, particularly numbers and anything affecting your health.
5. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, and able to form a binding contract where you live.
- Give us a real email address and keep your details accurate. You sign in with a one-time link we email you, with "Continue with Google", or with an optional password. Keep your inbox and any password secure: you're responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
- One person per account. Don't share your sign-in links or password.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
6. Garmin and other third parties
- Road to is independent of Garmin. "Garmin" and related names and logos belong to Garmin Ltd. or its affiliates, and we aren't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
- If you connect Garmin, you authorise us to sign in to your Garmin account on your behalf, to read your training and recovery data, and to send workouts you choose to your watch. You confirm you're entitled to do so and that doing so complies with Garmin's own terms.
- Garmin may change or restrict access at any time, which can interrupt syncing. We don't promise that the connection will always work.
- You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting deletes your Garmin connection and the Garmin data we synced (see the Privacy Policy).
- Other third-party services (such as our hosting and email providers) are governed by their own terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you give us: your notes, goals, plans and edits ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it, and to send it to our service providers (including AI processing), solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Don't submit anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share, and avoid including other people's personal information in notes.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- break the law or others' rights, or use the Service to harass or harm anyone;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
- scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows;
- use automated means to create accounts or send sign-in emails, or use the Service to send spam;
- connect a Garmin account that isn't yours.
9. Our property
The Service, including its software, design, roadmap templates, text and the Road to name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own training while these Terms apply. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
10. Fees
Road to is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged without agreeing to it.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". It may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and features may change. We aren't liable for data lost through events outside our reasonable control; keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
12. Ending things
You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if we have to stop offering it; where reasonable we'll give notice. When an account ends, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law that can't be excluded.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) and EUR 100. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll give you notice (in the app or by email) before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new Terms.
